All Staff Calendar
The All Staff Calendar is an awesome way to keep track of important dates such as no-school days, L&D events, testing dates, and much more. This calendar is managed by GOAL's fantastic Communications Department.

Gladiator Forum
Gladiator Forum is a virtual, conference style event that we host on the first working Friday of each month. GOAL Facilitators host various trainings and professional learning opportunities for all staff groups between noon and 4:00 on these days.

Leadership Forum is similar to Gladiator Forum in format, but sessions are specifically designed to support the growth of our staff in leadership positions. We hold Leadership Forums on the third working Friday of each month.
​
During this event, facilitators host Professional Learning sessions, ongoing PLCs, and informational trainings to ensure our leaders are well informed and always working towards their professional growth. This ensures they are able to support the growth of both staff and students!

Midterm Forum is an event that takes place three times a year on a no-school day between quarters. This forum is similar to Gladiator Forum in structure but hosting it on a no-school day ensures that staff groups who are often busy with student engagement are able to really focus on their learning.

As Midterm Forum is a new event, we will be developing more resources around it soon, so stay tuned!!
GOAL Forum is our big event of the year! This is an all-staff, in-person opportunity to spend two days learning and building relationships as we kick off each school year.​ Staff participates in department meetings, trainings, a mixer night, and other fun and informational activities for two days. Our last several GOAL Forums have been held in Pueblo at the end of July.

GOAL's Annual Virtual Holiday Party is an event we host each year during the holiday season. The party is always a blast with virtual games, real prizes, and so much fun!
