TP Update: Plan Name Change

All Onboarding plans had a slight name change. An example is

"Teacher 2 year Onboarding (8/2020-8/2022) - 1 of 2"

became

"Teacher Onboarding (8/2020-8/2022) - year 1 of 2".

This was done to standardize plan names throughout TeachPoint.
