Compliance Trainings

Compliance trainings are trainings that are required for all employees.  These are trainings that are the base skills for our jobs.

Because we do not all do the same job at GOAL, the compliance training you do might be different than the compliance training others do.  For example, your supervisor might ask you to learn a tech tool as a basic function of your job.  Another GOAL staff may not need that tool, but their supervisor might ask them to train on something else entirely.

Some compliance trainings are required by the district or state (like Mandatory Reporting).  Others have been identified by supervisors, evaluators, and leadership at GOAL.  Supervisors, please see the bottom of this page for a link to the compliance trainings that are available.

You will get an email from Vector when you have training to complete. These trainings are due a month after they are assigned. After new hire, trainings will be assigned once a quarter.

Testing out:

Some Vector compliance trainings are set for you to be able to test out. If you do not pass the pretest, you will have to review all of the training course and take the test again to complete the training.

It takes 24 hours to update your enrollment once you test out. You will see two rows, one for your original enrollment and one for the test out. Within 24 hours, the enrollment line will drop off. This is normal and expected behavior.

Troubleshooting:

Duplicate trainings - Sometimes Vector duplicates compliance trainings after you've completed them.  You'll then see an identical training listed in your "My Activities" tab that says it hasn't been started.  These often reset after a day.  Please ignore the duplicate for at least 24 hours.  You do not have to complete the duplicate.

Course won't launch - If the course you are trying to launch doesn't open, try opening Vector in the Chrome browser and trying again.
